*Due to health policies all sales on lingerie and intimate items are final except for the wrong item sent or out of stock*

All items that are on sale are final as well.

All sales are final past the 2-week mark of delivery. When requesting a refund please provide us with as much information as possible in order to assist you in a timely manner. This includes name, date of purchase, order number (if available) and any other relevant information.
